Today I reached a double century at the strata article writing crease … and, in just a little over 12 months.

When I started this newsletter (in December 2019) I thought it would do a few things, including:

• keep me in touch with and in practice on strata title issues,

• let me share what I know (and find out) about strata,

• give me a place to express my thoughts and ideas, and

• keep me out of trouble.

I also wrote this general outline about what I planned for the GoStrata Stak called 'Go-To thinking about strata's past, present & future: Or, my various musings on strata title stuff ...' which explains my plan in a bit more detail.

Most [but not all] of the things I expected and wanted from GoStrata Stak, have happened.

But, what I didn’t realise [or had forgotten] was how much there is to find and share in strataland and how wide the topics that relate to strata really are.  And, I've been genuinely surprised by how many people read, like, share, and follow my articles and how much I enjoy writing them.

So, I hope you’re enjoying them too and have chosen to share them with your colleagues and customers.

Watch out …. here comes more in 2022!
