Paid Subscribers' Preview of GoStrata's CaseWatch

Thanks for supporting my Substack as a paid subscriber during 2023. I really appreciate your extra support as it allows me to think and write more about strata title issues, as well as to create extra strata information initiatives.

One of those initiatives is GoStrata’s CaseWatch which is launching this month for paid subscribers and in December for everyone else.

GoStrata’s CaseWatch offers concise, clear, and easy-to-understand reviews of important and interesting Court and Tribunal decisions affecting Australian strata title stakeholders.  It will cover new and old decisions and outline the key learnings and implications for stakeholders.  GoStrata’s CaseWatch will be written in ‘normal’ language so anyone can understand them. Over time, GoStrata’s CaseWatch will become a valuable resource for all strata stakeholders.

Paid GoStrata Stak subscribers will receive full versions of each GoStratas CaseWatch which includes a pithy overview, the implications of the decision, a detailed analysis, plus case details and links to the decisions. As a paid GoStrata Stak subscriber, you also have access to our archives, and, if you ever want me to review and include any strata case you’re interested in, you can just let me know. 

Free subscribers will get notified of each GoStratas CaseWatch and will receive access to an extract.

Right now, there are just a handful of decisions I’ve covered, but you can expect to see a lot more added over future weeks, months and years. I’m sure they’ll become helpful to your work in the strata title sector.

BTW, in case you didn’t know, as a paid subscriber you can also always make comments on any GoStrata Stak posts or articles.
